To prevent gas: Do - Use

* Kitchen Products: Garlic, Ginger, dried Ginger powder, Fenugreek, Lemon, Asodaphodia, [Ajvain], [Suva].
* Vegetable: green Fenugreek Leaves.
* Fruit: Pomegranate.
* Beans: green gram, Red Lentil can be used.
* Exercise: Walk regularly 2 K.M. or more daily.
* Water: Consume more than 3.0 litres of water per day
* Massage of oil: Season oil, Mustard oil, Bala, Nirgudi, Mahanarayan oil, massage on effected parts or on full body    adding Ashwagandha or rock salt in hot massage oil will give better result.
* Constipation: To keep away from Constipation eat high fibre food, green leaves, use Triphala, cumin Skin.    [Ishabgol].
* Life Style: Get up in the morning at sunrise.
* Herbal Medicine: Nirgudi, caster oil, Root of caster Plant, Rasna, Gadol, Garmado, Devdar, Gokhru, Punarnava    (Satodi) AAM Tavadi Rasha, Maha yogiraj gugal, Triphla, gado, hingashtak Churna, bitter Taste, SudarShan ghanvati    etc.

To prevent gas: Don’t - use

* Vegetables: Cabbage, Caulis Flower, Brinjal, Aubergines, green chick beans valour, Cucumber, Tomato, Potato. All    roots vegetables, vegetables cut before few hours.
* Fruits: Genetically modified Papaya, Tamarind, early cut Water-Mellon, early cut Fruits, Banana, Chiku, Musk-Melon,    Sour Fruits, etc.
* Beans: Val, butter beans, peanuts, gram peas, soyabeans, yellow Lentil, whole yellow Lentil etc.
* Grains: Rice, Refined Flour, Semolina, Kodri, Ascodisa, Rice Flakes, Puffed rice, Popcorn and products made from this.
* Fried: All fried food and food made from gram flour.
* Sweets: All types of sweets.
* Fermented Food: All types of fermented foods.
* Bakery Products: Biscuit, Cake Bread and other Bakery Products.
* Prepared Food: Junk Food, Pre-packed and Processed Foods, Food with additives, colours, Chemicals, and Essences,    old grains, Pre Prepared Foods, Food prepared before eight hours.
* Diary products: Milk, sweets made out of milk, cheese, panner, yoghurt, sour Buttermilk etc.
* Other Foods: Ice cream, chocolate, cold drinks, fridged food from long duration, dried Food; spicy food and    bitter food.
* Non-vegetarian Food: Don’t consume non-vegetarian food.
* Life style: Avoid to be in strong wind, do not fill your stomach completely, do not eat food at night of food after sun set, do not sleep more than 30 minutes in noon. Do not sleep within two hour of dinner, don't stay awake till late night, do not sleep with a fast hovering fan over you.
